The PERSIMMER or KHAKI is a hardy perennial plant with rapid growth. This deciduous fruit tree produces the fruit KHAKI. Note that the skin of the KHAKI is toxic to health. It should absolutely not be eaten. The KHAKI flowers from mid-May to July. Hardy, it resists cold down to -15 to -18°C.
